The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, parking, beds ready at the arrival and weekly change of linen.
Final cleaning: € 40,00. The final cleaning doesn't include the cooker and the crockery, which must be clean when you leave. Extra charge for kitchenette not cleaned € 15,00.
From 16/06 until 15/09 minimum stay of 7 days from 4°° P.M of the arrival day until 10°° A.M. of the departure day.
